Shri Banke Bihari Temple


Constructed in the year 1864, this is one of the most popular temples in Vrindavan. When the Deity of Banke-Bihari was discovered it was given the shape by placing the Deity in this temple and henceforth this temple holds a great mark for all spiritual visits.







Sri Rangnathaji (Rangji) Temple


Based on the Dravidian architecture Rangaji temple has the clear reflection of South Indian temple architecture.Primary diety of the temple is Shree Narayan or Ranganatha. Narayan idol is present in his resting pose on the helix of the Sheshnag. Especiallity of the temple is tall gate or Gopuram and gold flag mast of height approximately 50 fts. Brahmaotsava is major festival celebrated in Rangaji temple which is quiet similar to famous Ratha Yatra of Puri, where devotees pull the chariot of Krishna and gain the chastity in this life.Devotees from all over India comes to Vridavan to pull the sacred chariot.Prayers and Bhogs are offered on the large scale to Ranganatha and devotees get appeased with having the Bhog as Prasad. ISKCON Temple


One of the most beautiful temples in Vrindavan, this was originally built by the committee of ISKCON. Adjoining the temple is the pure white marble made Samadhi of Shri Prabhupada, the founder of the ISKCON sect. Devotees from all around the Globe visit this place to give a true Hare-Krishna International touch.






Prem Mandir Temple


jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj has been constructing a beautiful temple in Vrindavan, India, called Prem Mandir for the last many years. It is being constructed entirely of stone in traditional Hindu architecture Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj's gift of Divine Love-Prem Mandir is at its last stage of completion. Dates for its grand inauguration have been fixed for 24th, 25th & 26th November, 2010. Apart from being the biggest temple in entire Braj Mandal and most beautiful one too,

Nidhivan


It is said that the Brajbhoomi trip is incomplete if you have missed to visit this place where Lord Krishna used to play his transcendental flute, and play the ras-lila, (the divine dance of love) with his fellow gopis and Radha Rani. It is also believed that during the night time one can still feel the music of flute being played by Lord Krishna in this area.






Seva Kunj


Seva Kunj, also known as Nikunj Van (forest), is located in Vrindavan. Vrindavan is a city which goes synonymous with the life of Lord Krishna. It is a town in Mathura district where according to Mahabharata, Lord Krishna spent his childhood. It is one of the most important Hindu pilgrim point. The place is known as Seva Kunj because Lord Krishna used to do seva (selfless service) of Radha and helped her get ready for Raas Leela (a holy dance).

Seva Kunj was discovered by Swami Hit Harivansh in 1590. Followers of his sampraday maintain this sacred site and offer daily pooja seva to the presiding deity. It has a beautiful temple dedicated to Radha Krishna which is also known as Rang Mahal, where Radha and Krishna used to perform Raas Leela along with other gopis of Vrindavan. The temple’s walls are decorated with paintings of various leelas performed by Shri RadhaKrishna. Each painting depicts different aspect of Radha and Krishna. One of the painting depicts Krishna combing and decorating hairs of Radha. In another painting, Lord Krishna is massaging legs of Radha after she is tired of Raas Leela. Other paintings depicts RadhaKrishna playing Holi and in one Krishna is enthralling Radha while playing flute.

Seva KunjThe temple gates get closed after sunset and no one is allowed to enter the temple after evening aarti, as it is a local myth that Radha Krishna still perform Raas Leela and no one is allowed to see this divine spectacle. Even the monkeys which crowd the temple in the daytime, desert the temple after sunset.
